We are looking for a detail‑oriented Data Analyst who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and uncovering insights. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with large data sets, has strong technical skills in Python and SQL, and is eager to learn and grow in a data‑driven environment. Experience with Snowflake and Business Objects is a plus. You’ll help support operational and analytical needs by performing data analysis, reconciling data differences, and delivering accurate, reliable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use Python to clean, transform, and analyze data, and to automate recurring tasks.

  • Write and maintain SQL queries to extract and validate data from Snowflake and other sources.

  • Build and update reports using Business Object and Power BI, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

  • Perform detailed data reconciliations to identify differences and support root‑cause analysis.

  • Work with large data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and data quality issues.

  • Clearly communicate findings and data issues to team members and business partners.

  • Document steps and processes to support consistency, accuracy, and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis (pandas, NumPy preferred).

  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.

  • Exposure to Business Objects and Power BI or other reporting and data visualization tools.

  • Ability to work confidently with large volumes of data.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.

  • Attention to detail, especially when reconciling data or validating results.

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • Genuine interest in working with data and improving data quality, as well as the business impact of insights delivered

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data reconciliation or audit-style reviews.

  • Understanding of data pipelines or ETL concepts.

  • Prior work in financial services, brokerage, or other highly regulated, data‑intensive environments.

  • Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git).

The base salary range for this position is $55,000-105,000 USD per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
