CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned mission focused solutions and digital transformation company, is looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team supporting a federal client. This position coordinates and executes data linkage project activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of linkage outputs.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Plan, manage, and track execution of data linkage activities and deliverables
· Coordinate meetings, track action items, and support communication with government stakeholders
· Prepare and contribute to weekly and monthly performance reports
· Monitor adherence to timelines for linkage completion and data delivery
· Support documentation of linkage methodologies and quality metrics
· Project scheduling, planning, and task coordination
· Knowledge of data linkage methodologies including probabilistic and deterministic record linkage methodologies for linking records across datasets using Points of Interest (POI), Privacy-Preserving Record Linkage (PPRL), and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) data
· Statistical and analytical expertise for evaluating linkage quality
· Strong communication and documentation skills
Desired Experience and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
· Experience working with Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and privacy-sensitive data
· Familiarity with CMS data and multi-source data integration
· Experience supporting automation of data processing workflows
· Experience in research data environments
· Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), SAS/R/Python certifications, Agile certifications
· At least 5 years of technical experience
· At least 2 years of project experience supporting similar size and scope
· Experience evaluating linkage accuracy using statistical metrics
· Professional certifications commensurate with duties (e.g., PMP or equivalent, CISSP/CISM, SANS GSNA)
