Job Summary
Responsible for the administration of the School of Business, Mathematics, Engineering and Technologies. Includes the Departments of Business, Mathematics, Engineering Science/Engineering Technologies, Information Technologies and Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts. the dean is responsible for the leadership and administration of all aspects of the School including planning, development, management, evaluation of School instructional programs and academic support services. This dean is also responsible for supporting an environment of inclusion and for the acheivement of enrollment, retention and graduation performance indicators.
Qualifications - Education
Master’s Degree required. Doctorate and/or additional relevant post graduate education preferred.
Qualifications - Experience
5 years administrative experience required. Three years full time teaching experience at the college level required.
Qualifications - Skills
Experience in project management, excellent communication skills, experience in hiring, supervision, and evaluation of personnel, excellent interpersonal, problem solving and team building skills, Ability to utilize data, monitor program outcomes assessment, and ensure program actions based on the assessment data.
