The physical requirements of the position include occasionally holding and/or carrying objects up to and exceeding 50 lbs; repetitive motions; and sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time.
Shift
Variable shifts, including but not limited to 8a-4:30p, 8:30a-5p, 9a-5:30p, and 12-8:30p. Regular weekends and holidays.
Job Summary
The Lead Technician leads the daily operations of the Infant Nutrition Center (milk and formula room) where nutritionally precise human milk and formula is prepared and stored. In addition to performing the duties of the INC through preparation, labeling, storage, and delivery of milk and formula using the aseptic technique, the Lead Technician provides leadership within the operation through coaching, accountability, directing quality and safety practices, training and onboarding, policy development, and other administrative duties.
