The Sales Enablement, Pricing and Transformation (SPT) team within the Commercial Business Enablement organization is the analysis and business decisioning arm of GCS responsible for studying business performance and uncovering practical insights to support growth. The SPT Sales Tools and Experience leads tools strategy for our 4,000+ colleagues in the field (face-to-face) and telephone teams responsible for new sales and retention of existing business

We collaborate across the entire GCS business to accelerate growth by equipping a best-in-class B2B customer-facing organization. This includes introducing innovative solutions using technology, AI, and Machine Learning and crafting roadmaps for the most viable integrations to provide a seamless prospect and customer sales experience. We are looking for a highly motivated, strategic problem solver who sees the opportunity in every challenge. 

The Digital Product Analyst - Sales Tools will support the strategy, planning, and execution of Sales Enablement initiatives across sales, operations, engineering and compliance teams. This role serves as a central coordinator across workstreams, helps align priorities, manages dependencies, and ensures initiatives progress effectively from planning through delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and a strong communicator with the ability to understand technology-enabled solutions, navigate system dependencies, and partner effectively with engineering and vendor teams to drive business outcomes.

Success in this role will be measured by the ability to drive execution against key initiatives, improve operational efficiency, maintain strong stakeholder alignment, and contribute to product adoption and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple partners to define product roadmaps and implement capabilities strategy
  • Analyze business needs, risks and compliance considerations to inform recommendations and decision-making
  • Analyze product adoption, user behavior, and operational performance metrics to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Translate complex technical product, operational, and stakeholder inputs into actionable insights and strategic direction
  • Evaluate proposed technical solutions, identify risks and dependencies, and provide informed recommendations to support product and business decisions.

Program Execution & Operations

  • Lead project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, approvals, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution, track progress, remove blockers, and support governance and decision-making processes
  • Manage vendor relationships, budgets, invoices, and operational processes that support program success

Stakeholder Engagement & Communications

  • Develop clear, leadership-ready communications, updates, and decision materials
  • Drive alignment through a consistent narrative across initiatives, milestones, and outcomes
  • Synthesize complex topics into concise, actionable recommendations
  • Partner with technology teams and external vendors to troubleshoot issues, validate requirements, and support successful implementation of product capabilities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in technology strategy, analytics, product operations, program management, or a related role
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
  • Self-starter who thrives in an evolving, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and written communication skills; able to translate ambiguity into clear plans
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
  • Working knowledge of information systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts, and system integrations, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams and vendors.
  • Ability to analyze technical requirements, validate proposed solutions, and translate technical concepts into business-focused recommendations.
  • Highly documentation-oriented and has a drive for automation and efficiencies in processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn technical concepts, and emerging technologies to inform business decisions and recommendations.
  • Curious about leveraging AI to drive greater output and efficiency.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar platforms is preferred.
