This leader will oversee the establishment of standards, policies, and processes to ensure effective operation and compliance. This role involves representing PHAI in executive leadership discussions with CPH, UK and KY Department for Public Health leaders. Responsibilities include: recruiting, managing and directing a team across multiple research projects to execute these plans, ensuring alignment with PHAI objectives. This position requires effective communication of changes, a focus on quality improvement, and strategic planning.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesDoes this position have supervisory responsibilities?
