Responsibilities

Responsible for leading engineering teams for MacOS, Browser, and Digital
Employee Experience for Digital Workplace.
Performs core leadership aspects to support the MacOS Operating System, DEX,
and browser.
Strategically prioritize work for the team
Managing vendor relationships
Participates in current state system analysis, requirements gathering, and
documentation
Supports configuration and implementation deployments to 100,000+
clients
Contributes to the creation of technical design/implementation planning
Supports requirements understanding and issue resolution
Work with stakeholders on strategic efforts
Operates the team in an Agile methodology
Aligns strategy with Architecture

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent work experience

10 years of experience administering MacOS, Dex, or Browser
environments
Advanced understanding of Microsoft Intune or Jamf
Proven history of program delivery over multiple release cycles
Strong written, verbal communications, presentation skills, leadership,
problem solving and analytical skills.
Practical experience in effective time management, including the ability to
prioritize effectively.
Proven collaboration skills along with the ability to influence without
authority
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced troubleshooting
Familiarity with Identity and Access Management
Knowledge of Agile Practices
