Dir Patient Access Program Management
The Director of Patient Access Program Management will contribute to robust management of key initiatives on the Patient & Channel team. This role will provide program leadership, operational oversight, and strategic guidance for various patient & channel services within Arcutis Biotherapeutics. The role involves managing patient-facing programs, driving cross-functional execution, and leveraging program insights to inform strategy and optimize performance.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic management of Patient & Channel services initiatives
- Oversee program performance and develop insights that support measurable and actionable outcomes across patient channels and services
- Develop and implement strategies for decision support, ensuring alignment with commercial and patient access goals
- Help define priorities, set objectives, and guide the enablement of insights across aspects of opportunity assessments and patient services
- Translate program findings into meaningful insights that can inform commercial strategy and operational decision support
- Conduct analysis to identify trends, forecast performance, and assess risks and opportunities
- Present results of analysis to senior leadership, offering insights on the performance of patient access programs and services
- Act as a liaison between the Patient and Channel Services team and other cross-functional partners

Education & Licenses and Experience
Typically requires a BA/BS or MBA and 10+ years of related experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Top management or healthcare consulting, Specialty/Branded/Dermatology products are preferred
Competencies & Skills
- Deep understanding of patient access and pharmacy strategy, including vendor management, decision support, analytics, and reporting
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution, copay, reimbursement, and prior authorization workflow
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Strong track record of success in the pharmaceutical industry
- Self-starter who can thrive in a competitive and fast-paced or high-pressure environment, who is able to effectively prioritize, balance multiple tasks, and work independently
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities and responsibilities simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner
- Strong collaboration skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in the use of business productivity software
