Position Summary
This role is an opportunity to lead the Parts & Service Operations and Sales team and is responsible for achieving a high level of customer satisfaction and business performance.
What you will be able to do
- Lead and manage all business and/or department activities related to ensuring the customer experience is positive and that all team members are committed to SoCal JCB’s Core Values and Core Purpose.
- Coach and mentor your direct reports with regards to efficiency, productivity, profitability, attitude, and leadership.
- Ensure quick and absolute resolution on any operations challenges that jeopardize our customer relationships, and ensure escalations are handled in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Manage the proper process from end to end relating to the Parts and Service businesses, respectively. Ensure maximum performance of OEM Parts & Service Partnership program.
- Develop Sales pipelines at both locations to grow the aftermarket business accordingly.
- Maintain a high level of relationship with key positions at our National Accounts
- Assist in A/R collection, and all needs of the business relating to customer relationships and business performance, as needed.
Requirements for the position
- Bachelor's Degree in business or similar field.
- 10+ years of experience with Parts & Service operations and sales in a heavy equipment dealership setting.
- Experience with developing a high level of customer service and team camaraderie with accountability
- Technical experience is preferred but not required.
- Bi-lingual is preferred but not required.
- Detailed understanding of a dealership business model
- Must pass any drug screens, background checks and any pre-employments tests as applicable.
