Description:

We do Consulting Differently

BRG is seeking a Director to lead client-facing AI Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts that accelerate adoption of AI-enabled ways of working and help convert market interest into executable transformation programs. This role sits at the intersection of business development, client advisory, and delivery, partnering closely with the AI Solutioning team to shape opportunities, define change strategies, and advance client conversations from origination through close.

The Director will serve as a senior advisor to clients navigating AI-driven transformation, with a focus on stakeholder alignment, workforce readiness, operating model change, governance, communications, enablement, and value realization. This position will play a central role in helping BRG position AI solutions not only as technical capabilities, but as practical, adoptable, and scalable business transformations.

Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Opportunity Advancement

  • Lead client-facing discussions on AI adoption, organizational readiness, and transformation strategy across the full opportunity lifecycle from origination through close.
  • Partner with business developers, account leaders, and subject matter experts to identify, shape, and mature AI opportunities within existing and prospective client relationships.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders by framing AI transformation in terms of business value, workforce impact, risk, and adoption requirements.
  • Build executive-level narratives, proposals, and pursuit materials that translate AI capabilities into clear organizational and operational outcomes.
  • Maintain accountability for commercial progression of opportunities, including helping clients move from initial interest and education to scoped programs and signed engagements.

AI OCM Strategy & Advisory

  • Design and articulate AI OCM strategies that support successful adoption of AI tools, workflows, and operating model changes.
  • Advise clients on change impacts related to process redesign, decision rights, governance, role evolution, communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop adoption roadmaps, readiness assessments, stakeholder strategies, and value realization frameworks tailored to AI-enabled transformation.
  • Help clients anticipate and address barriers to AI adoption, including trust, capability gaps, operating model friction, and concerns related to responsible AI and governance.
  • Partner with clients to define practical change interventions that accelerate uptake and sustain adoption beyond initial deployment.

Partnership with AI Solutioning Team

  • Work in close coordination with the AI Solutioning team to ensure technical solutions are paired with credible adoption, activation, and transformation strategies.
  • Translate solution concepts into change implications for executive sponsors, business leaders, end users, and control functions.
  • Provide OCM input into solution design, business case development, pilot strategy, implementation sequencing, and deployment planning.
  • Ensure pursuit teams present integrated stories that connect AI capability, business process change, people impact, and measurable value.
  • Act as the bridge between technical solution development and client-side organizational reality, helping ensure solutions are both desirable and adoptable.

Commercial & Practice Development

  • Contribute directly to pipeline development, origination strategy, and go-to-market efforts related to AI transformation and adoption services.
  • Support proposal development, client workshops, capability presentations, and executive briefings.
  • Identify repeatable offerings, methods, and collateral that strengthen BRG’s market position in AI transformation and OCM.
  • Help refine BRG’s point of view on AI adoption, workforce transformation, and enterprise change in the context of emerging AI technologies.
  • Collaborate across practices to identify cross-sell opportunities where AI OCM can expand or accelerate broader transformation engagements.

Delivery Leadership

  • Provide senior oversight on client engagements involving AI change strategy, adoption planning, and transformation execution.
  • Guide teams in the development of communications plans, training strategies, stakeholder engagement models, governance frameworks, and success metrics.
  • Ensure OCM workstreams are grounded in client context, aligned to business priorities, and connected to measurable adoption outcomes.
  • Support clients in establishing durable capabilities for AI governance, change leadership, and organizational learning.

Thought Leadership

  • Represent BRG’s AI transformation capabilities externally through client meetings, industry forums, and thought leadership.
  • Stay current on emerging AI adoption patterns, workforce implications, and change management practices relevant to enterprise transformation.
  • Help shape BRG’s external narrative around responsible, practical, and value-oriented AI adoption.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business, organizational psychology, communications, human capital, or a related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in organizational change management, transformation, digital adoption, consulting, or enterprise technology advisory, with meaningful experience in client-facing roles.
  • Demonstrated experience advising senior stakeholders on large-scale transformation, change strategy, and adoption in complex organizations.
  • Strong commercial orientation, with experience supporting or leading opportunity development, client relationship expansion, and proposal pursuits.
  • Experience working alongside technical, product, data, or engineering teams to position and operationalize technology-enabled transformation programs.
  • Working knowledge of AI use cases, enterprise AI adoption challenges, and the organizational implications of deploying AI solutions at scale.
  • Excellent executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business terms.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and to connect strategy, solutioning, and commercial execution.
