How will you make an impact in this role?
The Director of Digital Workplace Strategy & Governance will be a pivotal leader in driving a globally coordinated portfolio strategy across the Digital Workplace and Global Real Estate & Workplace Enablement organizations. This role will serve as the central hub, shifting the operating approach from fragmented, regional initiatives to a unified, enterprise model.
The Director will champion early and continuous collaboration between Digital Workplace and Global Real Estate teams, ensuring every initiative is experience-led and technology-enabled from the outset. By embedding principles of global standards with regional flexibility, transparency, scalability, and risk management, the Director will create future-proof solutions that deliver maximum business value.
Ultimately, this role is accountable for ensuring a seamless, consistent, and impactful colleague experience worldwide—turning workplace strategy into a strategic enabler of business success

• Serve as the central point of contact for collaboration, aligning technology and real estate teams to co-develop and execute a unified, global portfolio strategy.
• Co-develop and enforce a set of global standards for the digital workplace experience, ensuring consistency and accountability while allowing for regional adaptations.
• Establish and manage shared platforms for transparent communication regarding project roadmaps, pipelines, and status updates to eliminate surprises and foster a culture of shared ownership.
• Ensure technology is integrated from the earliest stages of ideation to proactively reduce risk, increase value, and build solutions that are operationally ready from day one.
• Co-create future-ready GREWE new builds and transitions by embedding scalable, technology-enabled solutions into design and delivery, ensuring operational resilience, adaptability to evolving business needs, and a consistently elevated colleague experience.
Qualifications & Skills
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset and a proven track record of driving significant organizational change.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership in workplace technology, digital workplace strategy, real estate/technology integration, or related fields
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence senior-level stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment. Experience in transitioning from tactical project management to strategic portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of business drivers and the ability to connect technology initiatives to measurable business outcomes, including financial planning and investment alignment.
• Deep expertise in developing and implementing governance frameworks, managing complex programs, and ensuring accountability across a global organization.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build consensus and foster a culture of shared ownership and collaboration among diverse teams.
• A forward-thinking leader who understands the role of technology in enhancing colleague experience and has experience with agile methodologies, AI-driven support, and building scalable enterprise solutions.
• The ability to identify systemic issues and create a clear framework for resolution, particularly in areas of process inefficiency or misaligned resources.
Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
