The Role
The Director, FFIO Global Product Solutions is responsible for coordinating and leading cross business unit operational activities required for the implementation of new investment products, new investment capabilities, and asset transition solutions. Our team is responsible for maintaining and communicating a clear understanding of Fidelity product implementation details, conducting product research, designing implementation playbooks, and coordinating product launch and portfolio configuration programs each with diverse size, scope, and complexity.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Proven product implementation experience
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Experience with fund operations including administration, accounting, valuation, and custody
- Investment product knowledge including product pricing, alternative and standard investment vehicle structures, regulatory framework, and distribution
- Investment operations including trading, portfolio analytics, performance, and compliance
- Portfolio transition management
- Transferable skills include risk management, compliance, and project management

The Director, FFIO Global Product Solutions will join a team of customer obsessed fund and investment operations leaders. We are part of Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations (FFIO), and collaborate with investment operations, trading, compliance, legal, and oversight teams across all Fidelity asset management divisions to bring new products and services to our customers.
