This position will partner closely with the Executive Director of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships and Deputy Director of Student Financial Aid & Scholarships to drive operational excellence within the Office of Student Financial Aid & Scholarships (OSFAS). The Director will apply deep expertise in regulatory compliance, financial aid systems, and strategic planning to advance departmental goals, align initiatives with institutional priorities, and ensure seamless execution of projects that enhance student success. Key responsibilities include optimizing the financial aid management system, leading new technology initiatives, supervising two areas within the office and implementing effective communication strategies for students, parents, and campus partners.
