Position Summary:
This role is responsible for driving business operations and supporting critical strategic efforts for Neuroscience, including Cobenfy LCM programs. This position will play a central role in driving the Neuroscience agenda and driving priorities.

Neuroscience Global Commercial Strategy team, Neuroscience US Brand teams (Cobenfy and Zeposia MS), BI&T, MAX, Cross-functional Neuroscience team, Neuroscience S&O team, Finance, GPT
Key Responsibilities:
- Support SVP of Neuroscience Global Commercial Strategy to ensure involvement and preparedness for engagement with broader organization and/or external audiences. This includes driving preparation of key senior management reviews and presentations
- Play central role in all planning and processes for Neuroscience including but not limited, to business reviews, strategic planning, budget reviews, etc.
- Commercial point to liaise with BI&T, finance, and S&O to develop and finesse Neuroscience narrative at leadership reviews and through budget process
- Develop effective strategic planning process to ensure cohesive strategic & functional plans driving innovation & growth for Neuroscience
- Serve as a critical interface between Neuroscience and key matrix partners to drive towards strategic areas of focus and identify key issues.
- Participate on multi-disciplinary teams to listen and share overall Neuroscience perspective on cross-functional issues.
- Drive cultural initiatives for Neuroscience Global Commercial Strategy in close collaboration with the Neuro LT.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- BA/BS degree. MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant commercial experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare related industry required.
- Position requires very strong written and oral communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Individual must possess the ability to build alignment and drive performance across matrix teams through personal influence.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast moving and increasingly complex environment with limited direction
- Willing to travel up to 25%
