The Director of Operations Integrations provides leadership and governance for operational standards, enterprise projects, and initiatives that impact restaurants under the Cooper’s Hawk umbrella. The role is responsible for the planning, testing, integration, and rollout of operational programs and tools that drive consistency, efficiency, and excellence across the enterprise. The Director partners with Restaurant Support Center (RSC) departments to ensure alignment of standards and procedures, oversees project and pilot governance, and ensures execution readiness for operations and enterprise initiatives. The role requires strong operational knowledge, proven project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions to deliver on company priorities. What You’ll Do: Initiative Planning & Activation
- Lead the planning, testing, and rollout process for enterprise initiatives, ensuring projects are scoped, measured, and evaluated consistently.
- Manage project timelines and proactively identify constrained resources, conflicting priorities, and scheduling issues.
- Lead cross-functional work teams to drive implementation planning and execution.
- Coordinate program or project planning and implementation, including assessing needs, setting goals and objectives, and establishing priorities.
- Communicate risks, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring decisions are well informed.
- Provide oversight and governance for all operational standards and SOPs.
- In partnership with key stakeholders, design, develop, document, and integrate new and revised processes, standards, and business rules.
- Ensure all initiatives follow proper approvals, checks, and governance requirements before entering testing, pilot, or rollout.
- Provide subject matter expertise and represent Operations in the development of new concepts, initiatives, products, processes, or strategies.
- Monitor the performance and outcomes of all tests, pilots, and rollouts, providing insights and recommendations to optimize success.
- Act as a consultant, influencer, and strategic thought partner to business unit clients, peers, and partners to advance priorities.
- Work closely with partners across multiple areas of the business to ensure a holistic and collaborative approach to work streams.
- Lead integration efforts for various initiatives and facilitate alignment across Restaurant Support Center and field operations.
- Communicate with operators to maintain an understanding of priorities, business requirements, and the overall landscape of conditions affecting restaurant operations.
- Translate enterprise strategies into clear operational plans, ensuring cross-functional alignment and seamless execution.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to maintain visibility and accountability across initiatives.

- 7+ years of experience in hospitality operations, strategic project management, innovation, or related fields, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, or related field preferred.
- Outstanding leadership abilities with a focus on collaboration and proven success as a leader within a high-growth, innovative organization.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Self-directed and organized with an ability to manage a high level of detail across multiple projects and prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals and objectives.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with restaurant operation systems preferred (MICROS, Hot Schedules, CrunchTime, TripleSeat, Open Table, etc.)
- Restaurant, hospitality, and/or special events experience a plus.
