Create reference datasets, reasonableness checks, reconciliations, sampling strategies, and controls for complex client customizations.
Build & Lead the Team
Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing QA team; create role definitions, career paths, and a culture of learning, empowerment, and clarity.
Coach teams to make quality a shared responsibility.
Implement Tools & Best Practices
Drive adoption of automation, test data management, defect taxonomy, triage, and root-cause analysis.
Leverage Jira (and related toolsets) for workflow, traceability, and reporting.
