Director, US Franchise and Customer Strategy, Cell Therapy Medical Affairs

Location: NJ Based

Join us as we expand our cutting-edge Cell Therapy Medical organization. We have an opening for a Director, US Franchise and Customer Strategy, Cell Therapy, which will report directly to the Senior Director of US Medical, Cell Therapy (CT) Franchise and Customer Strategy. The ideal candidate will create unified strategic plans for external engagement across diseases/therapeutic areas and oversee their seamless execution. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the unique unmet needs as well as the healthcare infrastructure for cell therapy and a strong ability to collaborate effectively across matrix functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the overall strategy and lead the coordination and execution of the thought leader engagement book of work across all US Cell Therapy teams, including thought leader identification and advisory boards, account planning, and execution of account plans
  • Be the designated disease area point of contact for US medical congress strategy, coordinating plans and execution of medical tactics for national and regional congresses.
  • Support the development of patient strategies, including design and distribution of unbranded educational resources
  • Advise on Advocacy and Professional Society strategy and tactical execution
  • Collaborate with Matrix Team members on medical excellence, offering innovative solutions to maximize efficiencies at the disease area level and to demonstrate medical impact
  • Support the coordination of key disease area activities across cell therapy indications, such as budget planning, team meetings, vendor management, and more.
  • Develop content, provide for updates for leadership

Qualifications & Experience

  • Advanced Medical/Biology degree (MS, PhD, PharmD) with clinical and/or minimal 5 years of Pharma industry experience required
  • Deep knowledge of US Healthcare system and Cell Therapy customer needs
  • Highly organized, efficient, and motivated individual with the ability to lead multiple projects and initiatives across matrix teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to navigate complex situations and gain alignment with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with the presence to interface with management teams
  • Proven agility in prioritizing and navigating competing demands
  • Estimated 15-20% travel (as applicable)
