American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. seeks Directors, Assistant to under the supervision of Senior Vice President, to support risk governance, oversight, and audit functions, as well as regulatory communications. Coordinate risk management analyses and financial reporting for executive team meetings, quarterly business reviews, business review visits, and performance-related meetings. Work with leadership to align on organizational priorities, drive cross-functional strategic initiatives, and ensure delivery against financial targets. Partner with relevant stakeholders to implement employee engagement activities and talent management programs, including recruitment, training and development, employee recognition, compensation and retention. Develop communications and presentation materials on financial portfolio for leadership. Direct department-wide administrative functions, including operating expense management.

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Design, or a related field, followed by 5 year of progressively responsible risk management, financial analysis, and forecasting experience with a multinational corporation. Experience must include: 5 years of experience with analyzing business requirements, consumer behavior, and industry trends, and reporting on results to senior leadership and business unit partners; 5 years of experience translating complex finance concepts into actionable insights for presentation to management team for decision-making; 5 years of experience developing financial strategies in the credit card industry; 3 years of experience with relationship management and driving results through a matrixed environment; 3 years of experience with working on economic analysis in the credit card industry; and 3 years of experience structuring financial analysis with the objective of balancing market share and profitability goals; and 3 years of experience with financial systems, including TM1 and Oracle. Telecommuting is available up to 2 days per week.

Salary Range: $176,571.00 - $205,000.00 annually
