Job Summary
The Human Development Institute (HDI) at the University of Kentucky is seeking to fill a Disability Program Specialist II position. This position will work as a Technical Assistance QA on the 1915i Recovery Independence Support Engagement (RISE) initiative.
This position will:
- Provide on-site technical assistance to 1915i RISE initiative providers to improve the quality of services offered to participating individuals with Serious Mental Illness (SMI).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned providers.
- Assist with certification reviews and utilization/billing reviews when needed.
- Monitor Plan of Correction implementation.
- Conduct follow-up for complaints and complete investigations as assigned.
- Work collaboratively within a team structure.
- Complete required documentation.
Work related travel is a requirement of this position.
