Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations cases from intake through resolution.
- Conduct investigations involving workplace conduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, threats, and other policy concerns.
- Provide guidance to leaders on employee relations issues, documentation, corrective action, and separations.
- Assess complaints and concerns to determine risk, required response, and escalation needs.
- Prepare clear, timely, and defensible case documentation, summaries, and recommendations.
- Support consistent interpretation and application of company policy across assigned locations.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive matters with sound judgment and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 5 years of employee relations, human resources, investigations, or related experience.
- Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing sensitive employee issues.
- Strong judgment and ability to assess facts, apply policy, and make sound recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interviewing, conflict resolution, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and competing priorities.
- Ability to build effective partnerships with leaders, HR Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency with case management systems, HR systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
