Full Time
The Employee Relations Specialist supports a positive, compliant, and high-performing work environment by managing employee relations matters, conducting investigations, helping ensure fair and consistent resolution of workplace concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations cases from intake through resolution.
  • Conduct investigations involving workplace conduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, threats, and other policy concerns.
  • Provide guidance to leaders on employee relations issues, documentation, corrective action, and separations.
  • Assess complaints and concerns to determine risk, required response, and escalation needs.
  • Prepare clear, timely, and defensible case documentation, summaries, and recommendations.
  • Support consistent interpretation and application of company policy across assigned locations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive matters with sound judgment and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of employee relations, human resources, investigations, or related experience.
  • Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing sensitive employee issues.
  • Strong judgment and ability to assess facts, apply policy, and make sound recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interviewing, conflict resolution, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and competing priorities.
  • Ability to build effective partnerships with leaders, HR Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with case management systems, HR systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
