• Receive and check in daily shipments of athletic apparel, footwear, and equipment
• Open, sort, and verify contents of incoming boxes against packing slips
• Accurately inventory items and record quantities using inventory systems or spreadsheets
• Label and organize products by team, size, and category
• Transport boxes and equipment to designated storage areas on campus
• Assist in maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient equipment room
• Report discrepancies, damages, or missing items to full-time staff

Requirements:Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow processes and complete repetitive tasks accurately
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Basic computer skills (Google Sheets/Excel preferred/Phone Apps)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 30-40 lbs
• Ability to push carts filled with boxes
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and carry items from one location to another

Additional Information:

• Must be a current Villanova student with class registration completed for Fall 2025 semester.
• Summer Housing is not provided.

Physical Demands Summary:Must be able to lift and/or move 15lb+ boxes.
Must be able to push/pull a filled wheeled cart (50lb+)
