Job Summary

The PRN Welcome Desk Receptionist will provide excellent customer service. Answers incoming calls, give information/direct calls in a courteous accurate and prompt manner. Perform duties of receptionist: provides verbal directions to patients, families/visitors, and vendors to all areas of the facility both in person and by phone. Responsible for organizing and delivering hospital mail. Assists in Visitation. Monitor the front lobby. Maintain all stamp and canteen funds and log books. Monitor on-call physician and pharmacy schedule for after-hours. Attends departmental and other meetings and training sessions.



Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Must be competent with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and general computer knowledge. Multi-tasking skills required and posses excellent customer service skills.
