As our Parking Vault Supervisor, you will support the Parking team by leading all vault and cash-handling operations to ensure secure and efficient financial processes. You will oversee event staff during parking operations, manage the reconciliation of parking-related transactions, and ensure all cash and credit card handling procedures are followed safely and accurately.

DAY-TO-DAY:
- Oversee daily vault operations, including secure collection, counting, balancing, and depositing of parking revenue
- Supervise cashiers during events to ensure proper cash handling, secure storage, and accurate POS system usage
- Train and guide team members on their responsibilities, equipment usage, and customer service expectations
- Support reconciliation by counting and organizing deposits across multiple areas
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of all cash and transaction records
- Coordinate with other supervisors to ensure efficient operations and clear communication across teams
- Evaluate the work, activities, and resource needs of team members within the assigned area
- Review new work assignments and confirm shift details with the Event Lead before starting
- Assign and manage active work orders within the assigned area, adjusting as needed
- Make labor-related decisions within the area, including break and shift coverage
- Ensure all employees accurately record time using the timekeeping system
- Assist cashier and flagging teams during peak times or when additional support is needed
WE’D LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU:
- Are at least 18 years of age or older
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Have one year of customer service experience
- One year of cash handling experience in retail, food service, parking, or similar environment
- Have the ability to work a flexible, event-based schedule, including nights, weekends, and sometimes holidays
- Are able to understand and communicate conversational English; including following verbal and written direction
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Can be on your feet and moving around the venue and Rose Quarter campus for several hours at a time
- Demonstrate the ability to work as a team with people of different backgrounds and abilities
