Job Summary

The Executive Associate AD / Sports Medicine & Performance will oversee the Sports Medicine division, including Athletic Training, Strength and Conditioning, Nutrition, and Sports Psychology. This leadership role provides strategic direction, staff supervision, and coordination with UK Healthcare to ensure high-quality, compliant care and performance support for student-athletes.

Key responsibilities include personnel oversight, budget management, policy development, and acting as a liaison to medical and behavioral health providers.

Must comply with all NCAA, SEC, and university regulations.
