What You’ll Do
- Track, manage, and follow up on action items and deliverables from meetings, conversations, and strategic initiatives.
- Help the CHRO stay organized and on top of key priorities, programs, and deadlines.
- Attend select meetings to capture notes, identify next steps, and ensure progress is being made on commitments.
- Support the coordination of major HR events, programs, and communications.
- Help prepare light presentations, documents, and summaries, using tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Stay ahead of the curve on new tech tools and suggest ways to streamline processes or improve communication flows.
- Assist with occasional personal or administrative tasks as needed (e.g., travel booking, event reservations, etc.).
- Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings on a limited basis.
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of professional experience (internships or post-college roles welcome) OR recent college graduate with relevant organizational or administrative experience.
- Tech-forward mindset and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; familiarity with productivity/project tracking tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of initiative and ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
- Enthusiasm to learn, contribute, and grow within a team-oriented, fast-paced corporate environment.
- Professional demeanor, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
