Executive Service Representative
Primary Job Responsibilities
- A member of the Executive Service Team responsible for the coordinated delivery of 24/7 IT services which include the technical support and guidance to our senior most leaders.
- This is a client facing role with a need to be physically available on site as well as a willingness to travel when necessary
- Primary back-up to support C-Suite
- Main point of contact for senior leaders for end-to-end accountability of all IT related matters
- As a technologist and SME, provide technical consulting services and mentoring for Executives and their assistants on present and future digital capabilities and device nuances
- Where appropriate, manage and coordinate the update of all executive technology, ensuring consistency, security, and resiliency of personal computing devices with sensitivity to scheduling needs
- Primary liaison between IT and senior leadership to ensure clear understanding of company digital capabilities and awareness of key IT strategies and initiatives.
- Provide support and insight at off-site venues for the planning, management and execution of events/meetings personally or partnering with on-site staff when available to include board level support when needed
- Make technical recommendations aligned with company standards, capabilities and broader IT strategy based on client need and productivity goals
Technical Skills
- In depth knowledge of Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android Operating Systems
- Thorough understanding of collaboration tools and platforms, with an emphasis on Microsoft Teams, but including Zoom and Webex.
- Microsoft O365 suite of applications including cloud based and mobile versions as well as use of CoPilot
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow
- Home networking and wireless troubleshooting and configuration
- General knowledge of Audio/Video and clear understanding of how it is used in a meeting environment

- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to explain technical details to those that are technical or nontechnical
- Possess the highest standards of ethics, integrity, compliance and financial stewardship
- Highly effective written and oral communications skills
- Demonstrate technical resourcefulness and ability to make timely decisions
- Ability to deescalate and handle stress and pressure
- Must have exceptional analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and technical skills.
- Extreme level of discretion in handling confidential information; with a clear understanding of responsibility and compliance related to elevated system access
- Candidate should be action and closure oriented; results driven, with the skill to define and implement solutions
- Capable of working independently and effectively managing competing priorities
- Strong team collaboration is a must, but also self-motivated and ingenious when addressing challenges.
Education Minimum Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or High School Diploma with 8 years equivalent experience and/or technical Certifications
- A minimum of 5 years of customer service and client facing technology support experience.

BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility.
