The role will provide leadership in managing health related projects, grants, and collaborative initiatives. This position will strengthen capacity across counties by assessing needs, organizing available programs, and coordinating resources that align with local priorities. This position will serve the Eastern region of Kentucky, with an emphasis in Boyd, Carter, Greenup, Rowan, and surrounding counties.
