Job Summary

The person in this position will manage and support the facilities and collaborate with custodial services functions for the College of Dentistry in facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for facility/space planning & management, project planning & management, managing equipment repair, managing custodial services, and managing equipment and key inventories.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Knowledge of dental equipment maintenance, communication, organization, problem solving skills, understanding of facility management, and space planning concepts; Understanding of construction projects, leadership, coaching, supervision/management, and inventory/record keeping knowledge & ability.

Preferred Education/Experience

Candidate with previous maintenance and/or supervisory/acting-supervisory experience in facilities for a clinical academic institution highly preferred.
