Requisition Code: 26-BLISS-023 Open Date: 4/20/2026 Status: Open Work Location: Fort Bliss (TX) Job Description: The Facilities Tech will provide support of mobilization, demobilization, and pre-mobilization exercise training (PMET) units. The functional areas include facility technicians, and custodial services. Provide support with requisitions for expendable/durable and non-expendable items. Complete Utilization rates tracker (facilities), POC tracker (facilities), facilities room number report, billeting report, clearing schedule, facilities section utilization calendar, roster, re-key and duplication tracker, workload data, and CCIR report. The Facilities Supervisor will track, maintain, and update service and work orders on facilities; schedule reservations; provide administrative services for all Mobilization Division facility requirements; perform key control; provide custodial service for in-Transit Training Barracks, Administrative & Logistical Operations Center (ALOG) and classrooms. Requirements:

Maintains log of keys and rooms.
Maintains master log of all maintenance work and service order request.
Tracks work orders and service requests, ensures timelines of submissions, actions, and completion of all repairs maintenance, and service.
Performs minor repairs of facilities and/or equipment as needed.
Prepare reports and statistics involving recommendations for improvements and additions to facilities and grounds.
Coordinates directly with all activities or tenants when repairs or maintenance will affect their operational mission to ensure the least amount of disruption of that activity and the overall mission.
Coordinates electrical power issues to include emergency power generators and backup power systems.
Ensures compliance of all fire & safety directives, to include inspection, condition & serviceability of fire equipment.
Simple assembling or installing equipment or parts.
Performing simple or routine task/tests while operating or adjusting test equipment.
Will require having flexed hours to accommodate for mission requirements to include weekends and Holidays.
Prepare and maintain an up-to-date inventory of existing facilities.
Answer phones and make a daily log of activities utilizing the DA Form 1594.
