What You'll Do

You'll serve as a trusted on-site IT resource, providing installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting support for enterprise technology across field locations. Your work will directly impact system reliability, teammate productivity, and operational continuity in high-availability environments.

This position is on-site in Temple, TX

In this role, you will:
  • Provide hands-on support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues across field and distribution environments
  • Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices such as desktops, laptops, scanners, printers, and peripheral equipment
  • Support Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office products, escalating complex issues as needed
  • Assist with infrastructure-related equipment including servers, network devices, and operational technology under the guidance of centralized IT teams
  • Partner with operations leaders, vendors, and Home Office IT teams to support technology deployments, resolve incidents, and reduce operational downtime
  • Maintain documentation and follow established standards to ensure consistency and reliability across supported locations
  • This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
