In compliance with Washington State's Equal Pay and Opportunities Act, the pay range for this position is $29.00-$31.00 per hour. Actual compensation within this range will be based on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and business needs. What You'll Do
- Provide on-site, hands-on technical support within McLane Distribution Centers
- Support both restaurant and retail service operations with timely, high-quality IT assistance
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, laptops, RF and wearable devices
- Support servers, network infrastructure, telecommunications, and related hardware
- Partner closely with operations teams to minimize downtime and resolve issues quickly
- Deliver excellent customer service while supporting fast-paced, mission-critical environments
- Document issues, solutions, and equipment changes accurately
What We're Looking For
- Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- 1-3+ years of experience in field IT support, desktop support, or technical support roles
- Experience supporting hardware and software in warehouse, manufacturing, or operational environments preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills are essential
- Experience supporting desktops, laptops, RF devices, wearable technology, and peripherals
- Basic knowledge of servers, networking, and telecommunications equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively in the field
- Comfortable working on-site in distribution center environments
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
