Our aim is to provide tangible industry job experience to each intern. While we may extend offers to some interns, there is no guarantee of a job offer at the end of the internship.
The Senior IT Finance Intern will support the optimization and automation of finance workflows, ensuring accuracy in PO-to-invoice matching and cost allocation. Working across SAP and PeopleSoft, the intern will help streamline processes and improve data consistency across labor and non-labor expenses.

- Analyze and optimize existing finance workflows, focusing on process efficiency and automation.
- Ensure accurate matching between Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices, both in amounts and details.
- Work with two financial systems: SAP and PeopleSoft, understanding and adapting to the specific constraints of each tool.
- Contribute to the automation of key finance processes to reduce manual intervention and errors.
- Support the correct allocation and reconciliation of both labor and non-labor costs.
- Ensure that all expenses and transactions are correctly assigned to the appropriate cost centers.
- Assist in identifying process gaps and proposing practical improvements based on system capabilities.
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to ensure end-to-end process consistency.
- Produce documentation and training materials for optimized workflows or automation solutions implemented.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of newly implemented solutions.
Qualifications
Education/Experience/Background:
- Finance Bachelor Degree.
- Interest in ecologic, environment, sustainability.
- Previous experience in automating processes and dealing with business users.
- 3.2 Cumulative G.P.A required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Mapping of current processes.
- Ability to collect requirements and talk to IT Solution delivery team.
- Ability to develop use cases and testing phase.
- Data-driven
- Data Analytics is a plus.
