This is a hybrid remote position.Job SummaryUK Healthcare is seeking a Financial Senior Specialist to partner with Finance leadership in advancing enterprise financial strategy. This role supports executive decision-making by delivering clear financial insights, aligning strategic priorities, and driving data-informed outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, a forward-looking approach to planning, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and manage financial planning tools, calendars, and systems
• Optimize financial processes and procedures for efficiency and accuracy
• Assess economic, social, clinical, and regulatory factors affecting financial performance
• Build and apply predictive models to support strategic decisions
• Perform activity-based financial analyses to inform operations and performance
• Translate complex clinical and financial data into clear insights
• Prepare concise, executive-level presentations and analyses
• Partner with leadership to deliver actionable, data-driven recommendations

Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesMust demonstrate the ability to conduct and interpret qualitative/quantitative analysis of finances and operative data.

• Advanced data manipulation and modeling
• Ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights
• Strong financial acumen across operational and clinical environments
• Experience with large, complex datasets and cross-functional collaboration
