Job Summary

Facilities Management Personnel is seeking temporary position to join our team to support digitizing personnel files. Duties include utilizing current workflows and documentation for scanning and processing current collections; this could also include reconciliation with current digital holdings. Attention to detail is critical. Experience working in customer service and with database systems, Word, Excel, and Adobe pdf are required.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Demonstrated experience with customer service; communications (written and verbal); general clerical duties; compliance with policies and procedures; recordkeeping; detail oriented; maintains confidentiality; Detail oriented. MS Windows/Office (preferred).
