WhoWereLooking For -Reporting to the Sr. Manager, FP&A (Revenue & Marketing), MANSCAPED isseeking a motivatedFP&A Manager, Revenueto join our Finance team! This role will lead the MANSCAPED internal and external financial reporting functions, budgeting and forecasting processes, and lead Finance support forcorporate operating expenses. This is a highly visible role and will work closely with senior leadership across the company. The ideal individual will lead the development and automation of internal and external reporting and KPIs to help the company maximize its operational and financial performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with theSenior Manager, FP&A,to lead end-to-end financial planning andforecastingprocess across globalsaleschannels (DTC, Marketplaces, and Retail) includingannual budgeting,quarterly forecast processes,andlong-rangeplanning
  • Lead monthly performance reporting, delivering key insights on budget,variance,and near-term outlookfor the sales channels
  • Develop andmaintainmodels toconnect marketing andrevenueperformance to overall company goals
  • Manage detailed, SKU-level forecasting acrossthe business, including base unitforecasts, pricing, promotional opportunities,and other gross-to-net assumptions
  • Partner withRetail leadership toreviewopportunitiesfor financial feasibility, providing feedback and supportwhere necessary
  • Support month close byidentifyingforecast assumptions andreconciling those to actual results and accounting estimates
  • Continuously improveand automate owned processesto increase effectivenessandminimize time to insights
  • Serve as a trusted and effective finance partner tocommercial leadership, translatingcomplex considerations into actionable plans
  • Support ad hoc analyses and scenario planning
  • Work withfunctional partners acrossthe Finance and Accountingorganization toimprovefundamental business processes

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in Finance with experiencebuildingbudgets, forecasts, variance analyses
  • Strong modeling and analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and GAAP concepts,especially with respect toconsumer goods and services revenue recognition
  • Accounting,Finance, or adjacentdegree;CFA,CPA, CMAdesignationis a plus
  • Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint proficiency; experience with financial reporting and planning systems (ideally, NetSuite)
  • Financialreporting and/orplanningsystems experience
  • Strong communicationskillswith ability to synthesize complex data into concise, big-picture narratives for senior stakeholders
  • Professional presence and strong interpersonal instincts across all levels of an organization
