
FWS-Facility Support, Student Services - Santa Barbara
Job Description:
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for a variety of administrative duties and tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Principle Duties:
- Open and close the campus facility per the provided schedule. This includes ensuring all doors and windows are secured and the campus is unoccupied at closing
- Successfully complete emergency response protocols training
- In conjunction with faculty and relevant staff, provide guidance and support during emergency situations that may arise
- Assemble and disassemble desks and chairs in designated spaces
- Arrange and monitor food and refreshment areas/stations
- Organize and tidy utilized spaces
- Other administrative duties and tasks as assigned
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Individual must be organized, punctual, and responsible
- Be able to lift up to 40 pounds
Position Qualifications:
- Enrolled student actively working to complete the Colleges of Law JD Degree
- Student must be in “Good Standing” (cumulative GPA of at least 2.0 and not on academic probation)
