Find Purpose, Teamwork, and a Place to Belong

At Facility Services, Inc., we believe work should be more than just a job—it should be a place where you feel valued, supported, and part of something bigger. We take pride in building a culture rooted in teamwork, accountability, and taking care of our people.

If you're someone who values structure, pride in your work, and being part of a reliable team—you'll fit right in here. That's why we strongly encourage veterans and transitioning service members to apply. Your experience, work ethic, and commitment to excellence align naturally with who we are.

We are currently hiring a Maintenance Technician (Night Shift) to join our team.

What You'll Do

You'll play a key role in keeping our facilities safe, functional, and running smoothly. This includes:

  • Performing general maintenance and repairs across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, masonry)
  • Replacing belts and filters on air handling units
  • Repairing or replacing sinks, toilets, and water coolers
  • Patching and repairing walls and ceilings
  • Painting structures and equipment
  • Repairing concrete surfaces such as floors, steps, and sidewalks
  • Inspecting and maintaining interior infrastructure
  • Supporting preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery
  • Following safety protocols and maintaining accurate records

Our Culture

At FSI, we show up for each other. We work hard, communicate clearly, and take pride in doing the job right the first time. You won't be on your own here—you'll be part of a team that:

  • Supports one another and works together to solve problems
  • Values accountability and ownership
  • Respects the skills and contributions of every team member
  • Takes safety seriously and looks out for one another

A Natural Fit for Veterans

Many of our team members come from military backgrounds, and it shows in the way we operate—with discipline, reliability, and a strong sense of mission. If you're transitioning from military service, you'll find:

  • A structured, team-oriented environment
  • Clear expectations and strong leadership support
  • The opportunity to continue using your hands-on and problem-solving skills
  • A team that understands and respects your background

What You Bring

  • At least 2 years of maintenance or related experience (or equivalent training)
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain/maintain NACI/LAC clearance
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to support the team

Physical Requirements

This is an active role requiring standing, walking, climbing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and working in various environments. Travel to job sites may be required.

Why FSI

We don't just maintain buildings—we support the people and operations inside them. When you join FSI, you become part of a team that values service, integrity, and doing the right thing.
