Position Summary

This role will be responsible for managing the daily operational efficiencies that support JCB’s dealer sponsored program, new network development, finance, onboarding, training, and strong with a strong results driven attitude. This role will require dynamic leadership with the ability to manage cross-functionally, and pivot when needed. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the dealer operations of JCB North America’s dealer network, including the management of JCB’s dealer sponsored program and supporting the growth and management, responsibly expanding high performing dealers, and optimizing the entire dealer network to provide significant share growth for JCB in North America. This position will further be responsible for analyzing market data, identifying optimal efficiencies to support current dealer network and support the growth of new network planning, creating long-term plans and benchmarks to optimize sales and customer satisfaction programs across the North America.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities

  • Monitor dealer performance against key performance indicators and provide ongoing support to optimize sales and profitability for dealership model.
  • Work closely with current dealer operations team, dealer network branding, sales, product development, service and other departments to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach to dealer operations.
  • Identify problems and handle directly dealer principals to address performance-based reviews.
  • Manage dealer compliance, ensuring that all dealerships and markets adhere to strict market-share projections, dealer plans, and identify low performing dealerships with aggressive approach.
  • Develop & deliver presentations highlighting JCB North America’s strengths, market opportunity, and financial projections to the Vice President of Dealer Development.
  • Regularly reporting on dealer development progress, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
  • Maintain a strong effective, and profitable dealer network that supports JCB’s overall growth and success.
  • Ability to conduct Profitability reviews and sponsor dealer reviews weekly to ensure appropriate touchpoints and hold dealerships responsible to dealer business plans, market share, and dealer standards set by JCB.
  • Manage the process of onboarding, training, equipping and supporting new dealers to ensure success with dealer operations team.
  • Challenge and implement new dealership standards when applicable to support a stronger dealer network for overall market share increase.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of experience in dealer recruitment, sales, or network development within a relevant industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Must pass any drug screens, background checks and any pre-employments tests as applicable.

  • Excellent business acumen.
  • Excellent financial management and acumen.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, build consensus, and influence decision-making at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret multiple levels of data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with dealers, prospects, investors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and execute long-term strategic plans for dealer network growth and development.
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and agreements with dealers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Job Conditions:

  • 40% Travel
