Lifting, pushing or pulling of objects up to 50 lbs. Sitting and standing for long periods

Shift

The hours for this position will be Tuesdays 1-6 and Saturdays 8-3 for a total of 12 hrs a week.

Job Summary

This is a temporary, part-time Farmer’s Market Manager position in the Greenup
County Extension Office in Wurtland, KY. There will be a high level of interaction with
the general public. Applicants should be able to work in a team environment, be able
to multi-task, and be able to function during a high volume of personal interaction
with clientele both in person and on the telephone. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills are required. Reliable transportation is needed. The Farmer’s
Market Manager will become knowledgeable of the Cooperative Extension Service.
The Farmer’s Market Manager will serve the clientele, ensuring that all youth and
