Position Overview
We are seeking a Guest Relations Specialist who will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide accurate information.
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service or healthcare is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and scheduling systems.
- Previous experience in healthcare or hospitality preferred.
