Job Summary

The Strength and Conditioning Coordinator (Football) duties include, but are not limited to, oversight and supervision of the football student-athletes’ training programs, oversight of the facility, and management of all staff that directly/indirectly report to him/her; ordering of specialized equipment; evaluations and testing of student-athletes; student-athletes and facility schedules. This position must ensure proper licensures maintained through either the CSCCa (Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Association) or the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association). Appropriate licensures would include: SCCC, MSCC, or CSCS. The Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for Football must comply with NCAA, SEC and University rules and procedures.
