Maintains accuracy of the patient healthcare record through accurate scanning and assignment of provider deficiencies. Responds to requests for audits and release of information following all HIPAA, governmental regulatory, enterprise and departmental policies, and Joint Commission standards.

Please note: Effective 7/1/2026, this position will be titled HIM Representative and will report through Information Technology Services in Beyond Blue.
