PRIMARY PURPOSE

Performs Human Resources tasks with respect to HR systems, recruitment, compensation & benefit administration, and employee relations.

STARTING AT: $65,000/annually, hourly paid

SCHEDULE: Full-time; Monday – Friday; 37.5-hour work week, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Talent Acquisition: recruitment and interviewing of internal and external candidates, utilizing LinkedIn and Indeed platforms.
  • Leave Management: assist with the administration and maintenance of all leaves of absence, including disability, military, and family leave.
  • Employee Relations: ability to support and manage employee relations issues, as necessary.
  • Internship: coordinates and manages the annual summer internship program.
  • Reporting: ability to create and generate reports for various teams and for audit purposes.
  • New Hires: coordination of new hire program, responsible for new hire process including offer letter, pre-employment screening, onboarding and orientation for all new hires.
  • Compensation: assist in the annual performance review and compensation planning processes through ADP and dissemination of information to employees.
  • Benefits Administration: partners with benefit vendors and brokers related to medical, dental, vision, ancillary benefits, and 401(K) program; manages open enrollment process.
  • HRIS: Maintain and update employee data within ADP WorkforceNow, including but not limited to management of applicant tracking system hiring, terminations, changes in status, time & attendance, and benefit administration.
  • Engagement: partner with team on engagement events and activities for the organization including our CREW Cares volunteering program.
  • Maintenance of programs including salary grades, market data, recognition platform, and job descriptions.
  • Other duties as requested.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
  • 3-5 years Human Resources experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now, preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe and Canva products, preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Working conditions are those of an “open” office environment, which can require the ability of manage some stress such as noise level from customers, employees, and general office equipment, etc. Daily use of wrists, hands, and fingers: to use computer, telephone, fax, copier, and general office equipment. Ability to hear and speak clearly for gathering simple to complex information from both customers and co-workers. Sitting for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours), standing and walking up to 15% of work time. Ability to bend and lift coin boxes, up to approximately 25lbs. Ability to operate a motor vehicle for travel within branch network.
