What we need

We are looking to hire an HR Operations Specialist with a focus on enhancing the employee experience by streamlining HR processes within a shared services model. You'll provide critical operational and project support across core HR functions, ensure data integrity, facilitate smooth execution of annual cycles, and contribute to a positive employee experience. A key focus will be supporting immigration and mobility processes, and you'll also assist the Total Rewards Team with analytical reporting. This role reports to the Manager, HR Operations.

What we do

The HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) team is part of the Human Resources organization. The HRIS team is responsible for the administration and optimization of HR technology platforms, ensuring accurate, secure, and efficient management of employee data and HR processes.

What you’ll do

  • Complete data entry changes in Workday and ensure compliance with HR record storage and regulations
  • Support the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee records in Workday
  • Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies, partnering with HRIS and business stakeholders to drive resolution
  • Monitor HR data quality and contribute to ongoing system improvements and automation efforts
  • Analyze data and trends to help inform initiatives that drive a positive employee experience
  • Provide operational support for immigration and mobility processes, partnering with internal stakeholders and external counsel as needed.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience and operational efficiency
  • Provide administrative and analytical support to HR COEs such as Compensation, Benefits, and Talent, gathering data, tracking deadlines, and preparing reports.
  • Collaborate on the execution of compensation reviews, annual benefits enrollments, and related programs.
  • Stay current on HR best practices, trends, and technological advancements
  • Develop and maintain an HR Knowledge Base ensuring employees have easy access to relevant supporting materials.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, Workday preferred
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgement
  • Ability to maintaina high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive and protected information appropriately
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset with a strong customer service orientation
  • Hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days per week based in Wilmington, MA office)

Our Environment

  • Up to 10% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
  • The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
