DescriptionThe purpose of your role as a Human Resource Operations + Enablement Assistant
This position is fully on-site position at our St. Paul, Minnesota office.
Make an impact while you learn and grow
This role is about more than keeping Human Capital (HC) running. It is about helping us shape and rethink how HC work gets done.
Today, you will play a key role in supporting core HC operations such as onboarding, employee data updates, and supporting day-to-day operations. There is a meaningful amount of detail-oriented, process-driven work in this role, and doing it well is essential.
At the same time, we are actively working to improve how we work. We are looking more closely at how we can simplify processes, reduce manual work, and use technology more effectively over time.
This role will be part of that progress.
You won’t be expected to come in as an expert in automation or AI. What matters most is your ability to learn quickly, stay curious, and contribute to improving how work gets done. As we continue to evolve, this role will have opportunities to shift from primarily executing tasks to helping streamline, automate, and support more efficient ways of working.
What You’ll Be Part Of
- A team that values accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement
- An HC team that is actively working to improve and streamline how work gets done
- A work environment where ideas to improve processes are encouraged and acted on
- A role that will grow as our systems, tools, and ways of working evolve
What We’re Looking for in You
We are less focused on a specific background and more focused on how you approach your work.
- Associate's degree required in Business Administration, HR Management, or an HR related major
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, HR Management, or an HR related major
- You execute with accuracy and ownership
- You are naturally organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- You are comfortable balancing routine work and change
- You think about improvement, even in small ways
- You are comfortable working with systems and data
- You are curious and open to learn
- You adapt well to in evolving environments
- You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively
Why This Role Stands Out
This role is grounded in strong operational work today, with a clear path to grow as our processes and tools evolve.
You’ll build a solid foundation in how HC operations work, while also having the opportunity to contribute to meaningful improvements over time. As we continue to invest in systems and explore more efficient ways of working, this role will evolve alongside those changes.
If This Sounds Like You
If you are someone who enjoys doing things well today and is motivated to help improve how things are done tomorrow, we would like to connect.
