manufacturing organization with a large hourly and multi-site workforce. This role is responsible for the administration, optimization, and data integrity of HRIS platforms Workday (onboarding,
demographics, performance management) Dayforce (time and attendance, payroll), as well as third-party benefits carrier integrations, while also supporting all employee benefit programs to ensure
accurate system configuration, compliance, reporting and invoicing.The position serves as a key liaison for the HRIS and Benefits team to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle processing, a positive employee experience, and will support all employee benefit programs by ensuring accurate reporting and invoicing. This position will be well suited for a highly motivated critical thinker who is eager to learn and grow across both HRIS technology and benefits administration, and who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide ongoing support, data maintenance, testing, and administration for HRIS, timesheets,
benefits systems, leave of absence administration, and invoicing.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly system transactions related to employee lifecycle events,
benefits enrollment, invoicing, time sheet changes, and reporting.
Troubleshoot and resolve HR system and benefits-related technology issues for the HR team and
employees.
Develop, document, and maintain system process documents.
Produce and run daily, weekly, and monthly standard and ad hoc reporting to support departmental compliance and audit needs.
Partner with HRIS team on data integrity, reporting, and system alignment.
Support employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement,
and leave programs to include invoicing, open enrollment presentations, and ongoing employee
questions and support.
Support annual benefit open enrollment activities including employee meeting preparation,
scheduling, testing, employee communications, and issue resolution.
Ensure accurate benefits setup and data flow between HRIS, payroll, carriers, and third-party
administrators.
Assist with benefits compliance activities, including ACA reporting support, audits, and required
disclosures.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefit plans, eligibility, enrollment, and system access.
Coordinate with external benefits vendors to resolve data, eligibility, and billing discrepancies.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Experience working with HRIS, payroll, applicant tracking, and/or benefits administration systems;
prior experience in Workday and Dayforce will be considered a strong plus.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Understanding of employee benefit programs, HR processes, and data governance preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and confidentiality.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business, Information Technology, or a closely related field. Applicable experience in place of educational requirement would be accepted.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, HRIS, benefits administration,
payroll, or a related role (including internships
