8am – 5pmJob SummaryThe Industry Extension Officer II in the Department of Engineering Technology supports the Lean Systems Program (True Lean) in the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Lean Systems Program education, simulation-based instruction, and applied industry engagement initiatives. The position integrates instructional design, technical laboratory operations, facilitation, and collaborative research to advance Lean transformation initiatives across manufacturing and non-manufacturing sectors. This role requires strong technical, instructional, and operational capabilities to support simulation-based certification programs, industry outreach, and interdisciplinary research aligned with True Lean principles.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesDoes this position have supervisory responsibilities?
