Job Summary

This position is grant funded.

It leverages data collection, analysis, and reporting tools to support the college’s mission and operations. This role provides 50% data analyst support for the Department of Labor grant and 50% data analyst support for the Title III grant.

Job Duties:

  • Prepare and analyze surveys, interviews, evaluations, and other instruments to collect participant feedback.

  • Produce and distribute reports to project partners and DoL, including summative feedback following Quarterly reports.

  • Integrate participant data into student tracking systems 

  • Maintain records of meetings with partnership POCs and ensure timely data submissions to external evaluators per agreed milestones and formats.

  • Upload data reports to government portals in approved formats.

  • Employ data analysis of student learning outcomes and obstacles to create a tiered or triaged advising model.

  • Establish equity metrics for technical program courses, enrollment and completions.

  • Follow existing protocols and report formats to identify demographic groups on each career pathway/program.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, social science, statistics, or related field, and two (2) years of related experience, or equivalent.  

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and four (4) years of related experience. 

Additional Skills Requested:

  • Strong computer skills; proficiency in MS Excel. 

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and analysis 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present data findings clearly and effectively

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
