This role leads the design, development, and administration of high-quality learning experiences that support compliance, safety, and professional development across the enterprise. Primary responsibility includes the instructional design and execution of annual mandatory safety web-based trainings (WBTs), ensuring all content meets regulatory requirements and accessibility standards. The Instructional Designer also develops and implements instructional strategies for in-person training experiences, including workshops, seminars, and classroom sessions. This includes designing interactive activities and assessing learning outcomes to enhance engagement and effectiveness for both virtual and face-to-face learning environments.

NoPreferred Education/ExperienceMaster’s degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, human resources, or a related field preferred. Experience with LMS administration (SuccessFactors or equivalent). Experience supporting orientation, leadership development, or large-scale enterprise learning programs.
