Located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital is offering an opportunity for a pediatric hospitalist faculty appointment at one of the nation’s top ranked Children’s Hospitals as reported by U.S. News & World. Function/Duties of Position

This is a limited-duration position: full-time for the period of 12/1/26-6/30/27. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our established team of twelve pediatric hospitalists. Hospitalists provide inpatient attending services for general pediatric patients on the medical and intermediate care units, and provide consultative services to subspecialty, surgical, and pediatric emergency department colleagues. Embracing multidisciplinary collaboration, we actively participate in a broad range of clinical, quality, educational, and research activities. Division members develop and support family-centered care principles, and demonstrate excellence in communication with families and referring providers. The Division is extensively involved in providing and leading educational endeavors for medical students, as well as pediatric and family medicine house staff. More than half of Oregon’s practicing pediatricians trained at Doernbecher.

Required Qualifications

• Board certified/board eligible in pediatrics
• Eligible for Oregon medical licensure
• Ability to be credentialed at OHSU
